Hello,

I am a security guy from new england. I am a former US Marine and I served in Iraq as a TOWII gunner on a CAT team. It was a good time, but then I got out and started security. I have worked in executive protection jobs in the states and I just returned from a Job in Iraq as a security contractor. I have secret clearance and CAC id still valid for awhile.

I am interested in getting contracts or jobs in the USA or Internationally. I would describe my dream job as a security gig in NYC which would allow me to get home every other weekend.

NY is a rich market and I have no doubt that you can land a local (to you) position meeting your requirements.
The thing is, not working nights or weekends, etc., is totally doable, but usually at the entire discretion of the client, company, or team leader. You typically have to put in some time with a detail before getting the schedule arrangements you prefer, I'm sure you know that.
But with a little luck, and given your strong background, I got a feeling this shouldn't be too long a wait. :)
