Contract Manager? In here..

Thought I ask if there is anyone here with skills in the security contract/tender area such as a contract manager or similar.
The thing is I do have some own projects every year in the ME region (by reputation or refered) but need to start looking at finding other/more contracts etc..

Im especially interested in the middle east region.
Qatar, UAE, Yemen etc..
